Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior MERN Stack Engineer to join our development team. As a Junior MERN Stack Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js/NestJS. Manage and optimize databases using MS SQL Server and SQL with strong focus on stored procedures and performance tuning. Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and responsive application behavior. Write clean, modular code with appropriate testing (unit/integration). Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing backend systems. Required Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, MS SQL Server and stored procedures (SQL). Strong understanding of JavaScript and JSON-based APIs. Experience with schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Familiarity with Git and version control practices. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Education: Candidates must hold a passed Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech or equivalent) or BSc, with a minimum of 85% marks throughout their academic career.
